UK Last Order Dates

Order before 1pm on 20th December 2024 to ensure delivery before Xmas – only applies to products eligible for Express Delivery.  This information is clarified at the checkout stage.

For our Standard Delivery or Click & Collect Delivery please order before 1pm on the 20th December 2024 - Please check the dispatch times, shown in the basket page.

Our warehouse is open on the 27th, 30th & 31th December.  Some orders will be dispatched during this period.  Full service will resume on the 2nd January 2025

Please note:

Each product has a different dispatch time,  which is displayed on the basket page.   The above delivery timescales are quoted from date of dispatch. If you are ordering multiple items, please note the order will not be shipped until its complete. We wait for items with the longest dispatch time & then dispatch in one parcel. 

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm to guarantee same day despatch for express delivery. Only applies to eligible products, items which state 2-3+ days dispatch will not qualify for Next Day Delivery.

UK Express Delivery

Express delivery is only available to mainland UK customers. It costs £5.99. We can deliver the next working day if the order is placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week.

We will update you with the orders tracking via text message or email. They will also notify you in advance of the delivery time slot, of which you can change if not convenient. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.

If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave in a 'Safe Place' or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you an option to rearrange delivery or an alternative address from which you can collect the parcel.

UK Standard Delivery

This service is from just £3.99 per order and you will have your order delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your official order number and the website tracking link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel.  We use Royal Mail 48 for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Isle of Man regions.

If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave the parcel in a 'Safe Place' or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The option will be given to re arrange the delivery.

EVRi ParcelShop

The EVRi ParcelShop Service Costs £4.99 per order

Over 8500+ Evri Parcel Shops nationwide – Locate your nearest ParcelShop simply visit www.evri.co.uk/parcelshop-finder.html and enter your postcode

What is a ParcelShop

  • At checkout select EVRi ParcelShop as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop of pick up location.
  • Over 8500+ local businesses across the UK and growing. There are also 5,500+ lockers, which you can use to collect & return parcels 24/7.

Process your order through to delivery option within our Outdoor Look store.   Please check the dispatch times, displayed on the basket page in red Typeface.  These time frames need to be added to the Evri ParcelShop time.

UK Royal Mail Local Collect®

Royal Mail Local Collect® is a convenient way to have your parcel delivered to your local Post Office® branch. There are over 10,500 Post Office® branches across the UK.

Pick up your item on a day that suits you. There are even 4,200 branches open early and late at night, including both Saturday and Sunday

Royal Mail Enquiry Offices are currently open six days a week. Around 100 of the busiest offices are also open on Sundays.

Receive an SMS or email notification when your item is ready to collect from your chosen branch.

How it Works

Process your order through to the delivery option within our Outdoor Look store.  Please check the dispatch times, displayed within the basket page in Red Typeface.  These times need to be added to the Royal Mail Local Collect time

Select Local Collect as the delivery option and select a Post Office® convenient for you.

You’ll receive an SMS or email notification when your item is ready to collect from your chosen branch.

To pick up your parcel, all you’ll need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address. Your item will be held at the Post Office® branch for 18 days. After that time your item will be returned to our warehouse in Cheshire.

UK CollectPlus

The CollectPlus service costs £6.99 per order.

From newsagents to petrol stations and - even train stations, CollectPlus has over 6,500 safe and secure delivery locations for your parcels, these could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar. To find your nearest one, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode. Most CollectPlus locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a time and place that suits you.

Easy to Chose

  • At checkout select CollectPlus as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop or pick-up location.
  • When your parcel arrives at your chosen CollectPlus location, you'll receive an email or text to say that it's ready for collection. Your message will contain a barcode, please bring this code along with some ID to collect your parcel.
  • Collect your parcel when it's convenient to. You'll receive reminder messages but if you don't collect it after 10 days, it will be returned.

FAQ's

How much will a CollectPlus delivery cost?

CollectPlus costs £6.99 on all orders.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

A CollectPlus delivery will arrive in your chosen store in 1 business day. So if you place your order Monday to Friday before 3.00pm it will be delivered within 1 day later to the store of your choice. Please ensure you read the dispatch times when placing an order. Some products will take longer to dispatch and you need to allow for these days.

Note that if ordered Saturday or Sunday it will not be delivered till the following Tuesday. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. So it is important at checkout to enter a valid mobile telephone number or email address.

Where is my nearest CollectPlus Collection Point?

During checkout, when you select CollectPlus as your delivery method, you will also be able to select your nearest collection point.

Can you advise a time that it will arrive?

Unfortunately a specific time of arrival cannot be given. You will receive an update when it is available to collect.

Are there any locations you cannot deliver to a CollectPlus store?

There are areas that CollectPlus is currently unable to deliver to, these are: Republic of Ireland , Isle of Man Shetland, Orkney, Scilly Isles and BFPO locations. To find your nearest store, simply visit www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk and enter your postcode.

In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Outdoor Look informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

30 Days Return Policy

Any orders placed between November and the 25th December can be returned up until the 30th January.  Our standard returns policy applies after the 26th December.

Return via Royal Mail

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is Outdoor Look t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7BN)

It can usually take up to 10 working days (ex weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back into our warehouse, depending on which postal service your choose to use eg Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD or a secure coourier of your choice.

We send you an email as soon as we’ve receipted it onto our warehouse system in its original condition & apply a refund. We endeavour to process all returns within 24/48 hours of receipt but during peak seasonal periods and around Xmas & the New Year, this can take 3-4 days, we appreciate your patience in advance.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. Typically, it can take a few working days in the UK, depending on your bank / card processor.

N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
