Our Berghaus fleeces - perfect for winter!
Fleeces are a great option during those cold winter months, as you can wear them wherever you are, as part of a layering system or by itself. Our range of Berghaus fleeces includes options for men and women in a variety of styles, colours and sizes!
Men
In our range of Berghaus fleeces for men, we have four different styles with three of these being available in three or more colours – totalling 10 overall. All four of the styles are unique in terms of their features and their look.
The ‘Chronzie’ for example, has a zipped pocket on the chest, giving you a convenient place to store one of your belongings. This fleece is also our only Berghaus fleece to exclusively have a half zip, which allows for the wearer to easily pull it on and off when there’s a change in the weather conditions. But when the weather is particularly cold, this fleece has you covered with its stretch binding at the cuffs, collar and hem as well as having a snug hood and thumb loops – which should all ultimately combine to keep you warm whilst you’re out and about.
Secondly, the ‘Fortrose’ style has three pockets, including two hand warmer pockets and, similar to the ‘Chronzie’ but less obvious, a zipped chest pocket. This fleece also has stretch binding at the collar, cuffs and hem – which helps to make the fleece more comfortable.
Increasing the number of pockets to four, the ‘Verdon’ fleece includes two kangaroo pockets, an internal phone pocket and this time, not a chest pocket – but one on the sleeve instead! The same as the ‘Fortrose’, this fleece has a full-zip allowing you to wear it as a jacket at various times of the year. With extra details like the stretch bound and drawcord adjustable hood, as well as stretch binding at the cuffs, double fabric hem and thumb loops, this fleece is designed specifically to keep you warm.
Last but not least, the ‘Prism’ fleece is available in either a full or half-zip style. Both styles have stretch binding at the collar, cuffs and hem and are made from AT Micro, which when combined makes for a warm and comfortable fleece that is effective by itself or as part of a layering system. There are differences however, such as the number of pockets – the full zip has two hand warmer pockets whilst the half zip has a zipped chest pocket. Additionally, the full zip is an interactive zip which allows for it to be combined with the Berghaus InterActive jacket – giving allows you to remain even warmer.
Ladies
We have two different styles of fleece in our ladies selection, with both of them sharing very similar qualities but having a visual difference which gives them slight differences. Both garments have stretch binding at the cuffs and hem along with thermal insulation but one has a full zip whilst the other possesses a half zip. This gives the ‘Prism full zipped microfleece’ an advantage as you can wear it in a greater range of ways – especially if the temperature rises! This particular fleece also has two zipped hand-warmer pockets whilst the half zip fleece does not possess any. Both are available now at discounted prices.
You can find our complete range of Berghaus fleeces – as well as jackets, bags, accessories and footwear – on our website now, at great prices. Orders over the cost of £50 receive free shipping. If you have any questions, please do leave a comment below or message us on Facebook or Twitter!
